White Onion and Smoked Applewood Cheddar Soup
Served with freshly baked roll

Duo of smoked Fish
Sliced smoked salmon and mackerel served with horseradish crème fraiche and crostini

Course Chicken Liver Pâté
Madeira soaked chicken liver served with spiced pickled red cabbage and buttered toast

Beetroot and Goats Cheese Tart Tatin
Baked goats cheese, onion and beetroot tart served with rocket and balsamic salad

The Main Event

Traditional Roast Turkey (what else)
Two Slices of our freshly roasted turkey breast, herb roasted potatoes, sprouts with walnuts, pig in blanket, Yorkshire pudding, sage onion and sausage stuffing and cranberry jus

Herb Crusted Rack of Lamb
Rack of lamb cooked pink, served with potatoes dauphinoise, buttered green beans with toasted almonds, and thyme jus

Baked Sea Bream
Fillet of sea bream baked with a delicious combination of fennel and fresh orange, served with smoked cheddar and chive mash, steamed broccoli and Normandy sauce

Festive Roast Butternut Squash
Butternut squash roasted with lentils, cranberries, and spinach, until perfectly tender, served with potato croquettes, buttered green beans and rose Italian sauce

8oz Rib-eye Steak add £3
Rib-eye steak cooked to your liking, served with homemade chunky chips, grilled field mushroom grilled tomato, and peppercorn sauce

To Finish

Rice pudding
Served with cranberry sauce

Traditional Christmas pudding
Served with brandy sauce
